ARTICLE 1- SELLER

ARTICLE 2- SUBJECT
The subject of this contract is the Law No. 4077 on the Protection of Consumers and the Principles and Procedures for the Application of Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the product whose qualities and sales price are specified below, which the CONSUMER has ordered electronically from the "www.maarhaba.com" website of the SELLER. ARTICLE 3- CONTRACT SUBJECT PRODUCT

ARTICLE 4- GENERAL PROVISIONS
4.1- The CONSUMER declares that he / she has read the preliminary information about the basic characteristics, sales price and payment method and delivery of the product (s) subject to the contract on the SELLER website and gives the necessary confirmation electronically.
4.2- The material product subject to the contract is delivered to the CONSUMER or the person / organization at the address indicated in the preliminary information on the website, depending on the distance of the CONSUMER's place of residence for each product, provided that it does not exceed the legal 30-day period.
4.3- The virtual / software product subject to the contract can be used electronically under the membership opened on the SELLER website on behalf of the CONSUMER for each product, provided that it does not exceed the legal 30-day period, or delivered via the link specified in the registered e-mail address of the CONSUMER. Physical shipping is not provided for this product type.
4.4- The SELLER is responsible for the delivery of the virtual / software product subject to the contract in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order, with the user manual / s, if any.
4.5-cost of the CONSUMER ' It must be paid in the preferred form of payment. If, for any reason, the product price is not paid or is canceled in the bank records, the SELLER is deemed to be free from the obligation to deliver the product.
4.6- If the bank or financial institution does not pay the price of the product to the SELLER due to the fact that the credit card belonging to the CONSUMER is used unfairly or unlawfully by unauthorized persons not due to the fault of the CONSUMER, the material The product must be returned to the SELLER within 3 days. If the product is virtual / software, the SELLER has the right to cancel the activation of the license key immediately. In this case, the shipping costs for tangible products belong to the CONSUMER.
ARTICLE 5- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The CONSUMER has the right to withdraw within 7 days from the delivery of the contracted product (s) to him or the person / organization at the address indicated, within the framework of the rules specified in Article 6 of this contract. In order to use the right of withdrawal, the SELLER must be notified by fax, e-mail or telephone within this period and the product has not been used within the framework of the provisions of Article 6. If this right is exercised, it is obligatory to return the original invoice and a copy of the cargo delivery report indicating that the material product delivered to the 3rd party or to the CONSUMER was sent to the SELLER. For tangible products following the receipt of these documents, the product price is paid to the CONSUMER within 15 days. The shipping cost of the material returned due to the right of withdrawal is paid by the CONSUMER. No refund will be made unless the original invoice is submitted.
ARTICLE 6- PRODUCTS THAT CANNOT BE USED OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products, services, modules, disposable products, domain names, reproducible software and programs, consumables, products with rapid deterioration or expiration date, and products offered as services
ARTICLE 7 - 7 DAYS RETURN POLICY
In accordance with the 7-day return policy applied by the SELLER within the campaign, the CUSTOMER system has the right to return. This 7-day return policy is not valid when the SELLER does not apply a refund campaign. It only covers users who purchase during the campaign. If the CUSTOMER included in the campaign purchased the domain name free of charge from the SELLER, if he wants to use his 7-day return right;
Service fee is 25% from the packages it receives
the remaining amount will be refunded to the customer within 7 days.
